Pioneer of the 'Guided Sauna Session' - a concept born out of the emerging British sauna scene - Jesse has created a unique British fusion of Sauna Mastery , which weaves together Nordic and Baltic sauna practices, with other holistic wellness practices, such as sound healing, breath-work, yogic practices, conscious connection, philosophy, quantum physics and more.
Our training aims to provide a detailed understanding of the structure and progression of a sauna session, when and how to safety use aromatics and natural aromatherapy, a full range of leaf-whisking techniques, plus themes and planning templates for your sessions and guidance in how to incorporate your own character, skills and experience.
Our multi-module training pathway begins with the 25hr Entry Module 'Hosting A Guided Sauna Session' which will equip you with all you need to know to begin hosting sessions straight away!
