Module Description:

This module provides all the essential knowledge for creating a transformative sauna experience. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the thermal journey within the sauna, including the four stages of a guided session and how to structure it in alignment with the four seasons and the four elements. In addition to mastering key sauna techniques—such as generating löyly and managing steam—participants will explore the use of aromatherapy, grounding and co-regulation practices, and the benefits and energetic properties of different whisks. By the end of the module, they will have a solid foundation in designing and leading a guided sauna session.
